Ginza Sushi 3153 Meridian Ave. in San Jose Website Tucked into the corner of the Hacienda Gardens Shopping Center, next to Jack Holders, is Ginza Sushi. There was plenty of outdoor seating, which is a good thing. Inside was nicely decorated with twice as many tables. Very chill inside and I like it when you can see the chefs making the food. Two big TVs were showing sports and the staff was friendly. My sweetie and I were ready for some yummy food and they did not disappoint. First up, the appetizer! Edamame with garlic and chili oil ($6) was a firecracker. Unfortunately, Julie thought they had too much of a kick... fortunately for me, I got the lion's share! It's the first time I've had this dish with the spicy sauce and I am a BIG fan! On the hotness scale, it was like a medium salsa - not sweat inducing, but a bit of spice.
